What types of credit cards can be used to purchase the software?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover You can also pay with your PayPal account by calling us at 877-595-LIST.

Is my credit card payment secure?

All credit card transaction information is sent from your browser to our servers securly.

Can I purchase using a check or money order?

Yes. Please call us at 877-595-LIST for this option. You will not receive your registration number until after we receive your payment, however.

Can I purchase over the phone or by fax?

Yes.

Do you offer multi-user and corporate licenses?

Yes, please contact our corporate sales team to discuss your individual multi-user licensing requirements.

What is the refund policy?

We provide functional trial versions of all our software so our customers can evaluate and test the software before making a purchase. Due to the expenses involved in processing payment we therefore do not provide refunds unless otherwise noted after the trial period unless a technical problem exists with our software that cannot be resolved by our technical support staff. If you have a support issue, please contact technical support for further assistance.

Can I buy your products in a retail store?

At this time our products are not available in retail stores. You can purchase directly online from our web site.

Can I purchase using a Purchase Order?

I've lost the registered installation file. What do I do?

We are happy to provide you with a replacement copy of the original file. You may download files from here.

I've lost my license code. What do I do?

We are happy to provide you with a copy of your license code. If you are still using the same email address that was used to order the product you can visit here to have a copy sent to you automatically. If you have changed e-mail addresses then please contact customer service, including your name, old e-mail address, product name, receipt number (if known) and the last four digits of the credit card used to place the order.

Do I get free software upgrades and new releases?

Yes, our products include a period of free upgrades for registered users. During this time you will receive all upgrades and new versions of the products that are released. The length of time and number of free upgrades are shown on the associated product home page.

When will I receive my license code information after purchasing?

When purchasing by credit card, you will receive your registration and license code information via email in 1-2 business days. If the product is purchased using one of our alternative billing methods, you will receive your registration and license code information as soon the payment has been received and cleared.

I just purchased online but I didn't receive my receipt via email. What happened?

Receipts are sent 1-2 business days after the order has been processed. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet and that the computer or ISP does not have a firewall or SPAM/ad-blocker affecting the delivery of email, please also make sure you entered a correct email address.

Why register my product?

When you purchase a Catylist CRM by Realhound product, you are given certain benefits. 1) Priority support. Registered customers are treated as priority users. 2) Receive special rebates and news. You periodically receive special news and rebates on new products in your mailbox.

How to register my product?

When you purchase a license, you will receive an email containing your registration number. Just open the application you purchased the license for, click on Register Now, then enter your registration code.

Where do I send payment for non-credit card orders?

How long does it take to receive registration info?

Your registration key will be sent after verifying your payment of the particular product you purchased. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for registration information.

What should I do if I find a bug in the product?

Unfortunately, we cannot foresee or prevent every bug from occurring while using one of our software products. Please let us know exactly what you were doing when the error occurred and what the error message said. We will then work on an update to fix the bug(s). You can submit your bugs with our Customer Support Team.

I've lost my registration number, do I have to purchase again?

You do not have to purchase the product again, just contact our Customer Support Team via email inquiry and request another registration number. Please also include your software code, found in the about section of the software program. After we verify that you have previously purchased the product, we will then re-send your registration number.

How do I upgrade to the latest version?

Upgrading to the latest version of each product we sell is very simple. Just uninstall the old version and re-download and install the new version.

What should I do if I get an invalid registration number?

The most common cause of receiving an invalid registration number is when the buyer sends us an inaccurate software code from the product they have purchased. You must be able to distinguish between 0's and O's because they are different. The best way to send a software code and enter a registration number is by 'COPY AND PASTE' method. If you do find that you made a mistake in your original software code submission, just contact our Customer Support Team and resend the software code.
